 THREE WAXERS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN OPJHL
"FUTURE STARS" CONTEST
The Waxers will have three representatives at this year's "Future Stars"
Showcase in Bramalea on Sunday, February 7.
 Selected from
the Waxers are defenceman Jimmy Ball
and forwards Joel Kitchen
and Daniel Sisca.
The showcase tourney, dubbed, Future Stars IV, features the best of the
prospects born during 1982 and 1983. The event will take place Sunday, February 7, 1999 at
Victoria Park Arena in Bramalea. There are two games (the players have been split into
four teams) and the Waxer reps have been placed on "Team 4".
Victoria Park Arena is located at 30 Victoria Crescent in Bramalea. Victoria
Crescent is the only north turn off Orenda Road, located one set of lights north of
the Dixie Road and Steeles Ave. intersection in Brampton.
Game 1, featuring Teams 1 & 2 is scheduled to begin at 12:15 and Game 2,
featureing Teams 3 & 4 is slated to start at 3:30 pm.
